My name is Julie Landon
I'm a nutritionist and health coach based on the beautiful south coast of NSW, Australia. I'm also a woman in my 40s and am going through perimenopause too! So I get it. I know what you are going through! But, I have also discovered how to embrace this change, in a way that is sustainable and holistic.
